History
Kari notes that Ruby Sunrise is a very popular dish, except among those who don't like anchovy.[1]

Upon encountering Kari in the wilds and learning that she was a cook, Pentalla had Kari write a letter on her behalf to Milduf containing Quen recipes, including that of Ruby Sunrise.[2]

Ruby Sunrise can be purchased from the Cooks at Legacy's Landfall or Fleet's End for 5 Seabrine Stems and

Uses
Consuming Ruby Sunrise boosts Aloy's Evader skill by 3 Levels for 3 minutes. Additionally, it also restores 25% of her health and stamina.
Ruby Sunrise can be sold for 5.
Trivia
- Evader is a Warrior skill that is exclusive to outfits and weaves and is not available in the skill tree. It is granted when wearing the Tenakth Vanquisher, Utaru Gravesinger, Utaru Thresher, or Oseram Wayfarer outfits. Additionally, a weave providing this skill can be obtained by upgrading the Oseram Forester outfit.
- The description of Ruby Sunrise is similar to that of shakshouka, an Old Ones Middle Eastern dish.
